The 2017 Toyota Tacoma Provides Massive Performance from Diesel Power

Toyota is releasing its brand new 2017 Tacoma with a plethora of upgrades pertaining to the exterior, interior, and most importantly, the engine. Two engines will be found under the hood of the 2017 Tacoma. One is a 3.5-liter V6 that can produce 280 horsepower, and the other is a 2.7-liter 4-cylinder that churns out 160 horsepower, each operated by a 6-speed automatic transmission. Rumors indicate that another engine option will include a 5.0-liter diesel engine, but that remains to be speculative for the time being.

One of the most important factors of every vehicle is the level of security they provide. Toyota has a great record for prioritizing safety in the manufacturing of their vehicles, so it should come as no surprise that the 2017 Tacoma is equipped with stability control, Brake Assist, traction control, electronic brake control, ABS, air bags, and cameras, just to name a few.

Once inside the cabin of the 2017 Tacoma, it’s clear that Toyota wanted the best technology available for the driver and passengers. A large touch screen is mounted in the middle of the cockpit that features navigation, connection for external devices, and a premium audio system. The cabin has been redesigned for better insulation to prevent outside noise from affecting those inside. The seating is covered in smooth, leather material and premium plastic and chrome details accent the cabin throughout. When looking at the exterior, the alternations are easy to spot. Sizable front bumpers, LED fog lights, a stylish new grille, and LED headlights are just a few of the new features on the outside.
